Simplicity as a discipline

I write about data and analytics, life challenges, and personal development, all through a common lens: simplicity as a discipline, not a shortcut.

What to expect

Across every role I have held, one impulse keeps showing up: simplicity.

To me, simple is not the opposite of complex. It’s the opposite of complicated.

Complex things can be multi-faceted and non-linear, and still be explainable to someone willing to learn.
Complicated is what feels needlessly tangled, opaque, and hard to act on.

I started writing to uncomplicate parts of my life and my work. I hope you find ideas that map to your own context—helping you work better and, more importantly, live better.

I share frameworks, reflections and examples designed for the long game: ways of thinking you can practice and return to over time. The aim is not to make life ‘easy,’ but to make complexity workable: clearer decisions, more resilient systems, and steadier progress.
